On March 25, 2021, ACQ Bure was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. On April 19, 2023, it was announced that ACQ Bure ACQ would be merged with Yubico and change its name to Yubico AB. On 19 September 2023, the merger was completed. The merged company changed its name to Yubico and on 20 September 2023 changed its listing venue to Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
