Listing

On 19 April 2023, ACQ Bure AB (“ACQ”) announced that ACQ had entered into a merger agreement and adopted a joint merger plan to combine ACQ and Yubico AB (“Yubico”), whereby ACQ merged with Yubico and changed its name to Yubico AB (the “Transaction”). ACQ was at this time listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. In connection with the Transaction being completed on 20 September 2023, the merged company changed its name to Yubico and on 20 September 2023 changed its listing venue to Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

Yubico intends to be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm (Main Market) within 12-18 months after the change listing venue and change the accounting standard from K3 to IFRS.
