The corporate governance of Yubico AB is based on Swedish legislation, in particular the Swedish Companies Act and Nasdaq First North Growth Market Rulebook for Issuers of Shares.
Yubico applies the regulations of the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (the “Code”). Deviations from the regulations of the Code are described and justified in the Corporate Governance Report.
