Yubico’s Annual General Meeting will be held in Stockholm on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
Shareholders who wish to have an item considered at the Annual General Meeting must submit a written proposal by email to investorrelations@yubico.com or by post to Yubico AB, Gävlegatan 22, 113 Stockholm, Sweden.
The request must be received no later than seven weeks prior to the Annual General Meeting in order to be guaranteed inclusion in the notice of the Annual General Meeting.
